Maps and Atlases
Other rare maps included in the cartographic library are copies of the maps of the Egyptian military war authority, such as Darfur map drawn by Bordi Pasha, a large map drawn By Mahmoud Al-Falaki Pasha, and Gordon Pasha's map of the Nile, in addition to several rare maps, donated to the society by King Fouad I and also two hundred and fifty maps bestowed by a member of the Royal Family. The list of classical cartographic works, include the atlas of Prince Youssef Kamal entitled Monumenta Cartographica : Africque et L'Egypte. It also includes rare maps of Africa and some of the countries of the world with comments on them. Also, the atlas of Prince Omar Tosson, and the atlas of the French Campaign, in addition to hundreds of national, Arab and international atlases dealing with different subjects.
