The Project comprises 2 parts:
a. A 4star hotel 334 guestrooms/suites, restaurant/Discotheque, Oriental café, snack restaurant on pool, Beach bar and Shopping arcade, all over a built up area of 38337m2.

b. An investment part, providing 94 chalets and villas in 5 different types and areas on a total built up area of 10304 m2.
